With the guidance of an all-female board, we can establish our long-held objective of facilitating innovation in the education of young people, especially women and those from underrepresented groups. With this in mind, we have initially appointed these exemplars of achievement in their fields:

- Suzanne Harb from Arup Architecture, Fitzrovia
- Natalie Bays of the NO Collective and the Eurasian Crafts Guild
