With the help of a Bright Ideas grant from Power To Change this will establish our long held objective of facilitating innovation in the education of young people, especially women. With this in mind we have initially appointed these exemplars of achievement in their fields as an advisory board and are now seeking to recruit local residents who can help us guide the Foundation towards towards its aims and objectives, maximising our impact:
Prof. Kiera Vaclavik, Queen Mary College, University of London
Dr. Michelle O’Reilly, Institute of Child Health, University College London
Suzanne Harb at Arup Architecture London
Natalie Bays of the NO Collective and the Eurasian Crafts Guild

We are particularly keen to hear from people with community engagement experience and/or those aged between 16-25 years old, who are interested in the nurturing of innovative education in Poplar, with a particular focus on the Aberfeldy estate.
